Sergio, a beloved Montreal venue owner, is here believing that he might be able to shift the city of Montreal away from the creeping police violence, growing homelessness and unaffordability of the city.
Criticising the failed policies of Mayor Valerie Plante's 20/20/20 rules, and coming off of decades in music and running a venue, Sergio has thrown his hat into the ring to become the city counselor of Ville Marie. A bilingual, well known individual, he believes that there might be something good coming for the city, so Isaac grills him on what ideas he claims to have.
