The first “Investigation for the Illiterate”! I will continue putting these out— investigations that I don’t put in written form, only visual formats. Now you, an illiterate goofball, can see the work I put into my written stuff!

Here is the 20 minute video I promised you on RadPride. I think you will love it. I’m incredibly proud of what we made here. One of my favourite pieces I’ve ever made, to be honest.

In it I tried to make violence simultaneously horrifying and funny, keeping the challenging and intense subject matter watchable while not pulling punches. I made a few mistakes in the filming, specifically I had my gain settings too high on my Zoom Microphone, BOTH AT PRIDE AND IN THE POST FILM and that’s infuriating to me, so the microphone is peaking consistently. I regret this. Will do better next time. We also could improve our production set up, but when it’s two dudes and a camera it’s not exactly easy.
